With a background as a finance lawyer and experience at Allen & Overy in London, Caroline helps in-house legal teams streamline processes, implement legal tech solutions, and drive operational efficiency.
Her expertise includes legal operations and technology advisory, change management, and AI governance. A member of the AI Forum’s AI Governance Working Group, she has participated in numerous trials of AI tools.

Bianca Miller is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer, with extensive commercial, procurement and supplier relationship management experience. Bianca has a particular interest in consumer and marketing law, data protection, privacy and intellectual property. Part of Spark’s legal team for 11 years, she then took on commercial roles with a strong legal bent (as Strategic Partner Manager and Supplier Relationship Lead), which included the responsibility of managing a team.
Seeking more flexibility and variety with her work, she heard about the SHIFT model through word of mouth and was sold – becoming a SHIFT Consultant in July 2018. Since then, she has been involved in a range of commercial negotiations and RFP processes, and is currently a SHIFT Consultant at NX2 Group, the SPV responsible for financing, designing, building, maintaining and operating the Puhoi to Warkworth motorway.
