Penny has spent most of her career as a Risk & Compliance professional building and leading teams across Insurance Brokers in London. 

In New Zealand, she has worked as a Senior Compliance Manager for Westpac and Crombie Lockwood (now Gallagher Insurance), and she most recently led the Risk & Compliance recruitment offering at a specialist recruitment agency.
